We started Lattes Inc. in 2007 with just a few employees. Since then, we’ve grown to 20 employees who feel like family and have served over 7,000 events. We have eight different coffee bars in modern and vintage styles. Using multiple bars, we can serve up to 800 beverages per hour. We’ve always been passionate about hosting, helping you create an environment for good company.
We know that with espresso catering, it’s hard to tell what you’re going to get. That's why we make it simple. We have automated our sales process to make it quick and easy to engage our services. Our FAQs page tells you exactly what is included with the coffee bar, and our Gallery page shows you what our coffee bars look like in action. Our goal is to be the easiest decision people make in planning their event.

Co-Owner
Maria Dumas
While on a family vacation in Italy in the summer of 2007, I wandered into a small café, and a lovely lady made me the best latte I had ever had. Frequenting chain coffee houses, I had never had a latte that tasted anything like that.
It occurred to me that if I could learn how to make a coffee like that, people in the States would be interested.
With an extensive background in technology and sales, I was familiar with process systems and customer service philosophies.
These two things came together to create a coffee catering company that partners with corporate and individual clients to help add a WOW factor to their events and introduce Americans to eye-opening, delicious coffees.
In 2021, my Son Matt partnered with me to bring the business back after a COVID recess. Nothing is more fun or rewarding than working with your son and watching the business provide him the same joy and satisfaction it has given me all these years.

Matt Dumas
I began working as a barista around the age of 16, helping out in my mom’s coffee business on and off since high school. I never anticipated returning to it later in life — but to my surprise, coming back has been one of the most meaningful and rewarding decisions I’ve ever made.
In 2021, I partnered with my mom to help bring our family coffee business back to life after it was paused during Covid. I never imagined I’d be running a business with my mom, but learning from her and working alongside her has become one of the most rewarding parts of this journey. Watching our staff grow, thrive, and take pride in their work brings me real joy and inspires me to do better for them.
We specialize in events across Southern California, and I love the constant change — meeting new people, exploring new places, and turning every event into something memorable.

Spencer Angle
I started at Lattes in 2022 as a barista looking for part time work. But slowly over the course of the following year it became clear to myself and leadership that I could do more.
I began learning the ins and outs of what it takes to be a high level caterer, which made it easier on Matt and Maria to do their jobs focusing on our clients. So there is a good chance you'll see me on site at one of your events making sure everything goes as you've planned.
At this point, Lattes isn't just a job for me, its become a tight-knit family that looks out for our customers and our team.
